Techferno, developed by Artonic, LLC (collectively, “we,” “us,” and “our”) is a password manager located at *.techferno.com (the “Site”) designed to manage passwords and other types of sensitive data.
We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) sets out how we collect your data when you use our Site, when you use any of our products and services, or when you otherwise do business or make contact with us, all of which are considered our “Services.”

Encrypted data is collected when you use our software. We are not able to decrypt this data in any way. This data includes, without limitation, passwords, credit card numbers, software licenses, and secure notes, and, depending on your security settings, other data that is part of a record, such as the record name, URL, credit card expiration date, credit card security code, licensee, email address, and notes.

Non-Encrypted data is collected when you use our software. This data includes, without limitation, Organizations and People, and, depending on your security settings, data that is related to your encrypted data, including, without limitation, record name, URL, credit card expiration date, credit card security code, licensee, email address, and notes.
How We Share Your Data
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your data with third parties, except as required to provide you with our Services, or under the following circumstances:

Access to Your Personal Data
You can review, update, delete, or correct your personal data on file with us online any time. When you delete your personal data on file with us, we may still retain some basic data in our billing and support systems, including, without limitation, name, company name, email address, phone number, and aggregated data collected through cookies or similar technology. You may request access to or deletion of your personal data by writing to us at [email protected]. We may charge a reasonable fee in order to cover our costs in providing such access.
Confidentiality and Security of Personal Data
We have implemented commercially reasonable security measures and follow generally accepted industry standards to protect your data provided to our Services, both during transmission and afterwards. It is your responsibility to ensure that you do not disclose your login credentials to anyone.

Deleted Data
When you cancel your account and choose to delete all your data, your data on the application server is deleted immediately. When you cancel your account and choose not to delete all your data, your data may be deleted by us at a later time if (i) more than 12 months have passed from the date you canceled, or (ii) we determine we need to delete your data to free up storage space for other customers, or (iii) we discontinue the Service.
Anything deleted by the Administrator on your account while it’s active will also be deleted immediately. Private records deleted by the user the record belongs to are deleted immediately. Company records deleted by non-Administrators will require the Administrator to perform a final deletion.
Backups are deleted after 30 days. When you delete your account, we may still retain some basic personal data in our billing and support systems. You may request the deletion of this personal data by writing to us at [email protected].
Location of Site and Data
We operate in the United States. If you are located in the European Union or elsewhere outside of the United States, please be aware that any data you provide to us will be transferred to the United States. By using our Services and/or providing us with your data, you consent to this transfer.
Children
We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. In furtherance of this commitment, we restrict the use of our Services to persons eighteen (18) years of age or older. We do not knowingly or intentionally collect personal data from children under the age of thirteen (13). Your continued use of the Service following the publishing of updated Terms of Service means that you accept and agree to the changes.
Changes and Updates to this Privacy Policy
We may amend this Privacy Policy at any time at our sole discretion and without prior notice. You should use a 3 rd party service to monitor this page for changes and check back with us from time to time in order to confirm that there have been no significant changes.
