Frequently Asked Questions
-
Can I easily get my data in and out of Techferno?
Yes! Your data is yours to do as you please, so we include super-easy ways import and export. You can download all your data in one click!
-
I'm already using a solution for managing passwords. Why should I switch to you?
Unlike other password managers, Techferno was built specifically for managing your clients’ passwords. If you are an agency, IT firm, accounting firm, or other type of business who needs an easy way to manage client passwords, Techferno is a superior solution to other password managers.
-
How does the free trial work and what happens when it expires?
Your free trial will last for 14 days, after which you’ll need to enter a credit card to continue using Techferno. If you don’t enter a password, you’ll still be able to view and export your data, but you won’t be able to use Techferno beyond that until you enter a credit card.
-
What are the payment options (monthly, annually)?
Currently, the only option is to pay monthly, but we are considering adding an annual option in the future.
-
Can I cancel any time? Are there cancellation fees?
Yes! You can cancel any time and without any cancellation fees. There are no long-term contracts.
-
I already use another password manager. Can I migrate my data to Techferno?
Absolutely! We provide an import template that you can download and use to import your data from virtually any password manager. Since Techferno has a slightly different permission mechanism compared to other password managers, you may need to adjust permissions in the spreadsheet before importing, or after importing by going into the records and updating them.
